We also use Plausible analytics through plausible.nilni.com to understand aggregate page views, outbound link clicks, and tagged events. Plausible is designed to work without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers.
How we use information
We use information to improve directory guides, answer messages, review submitted directories, fix inaccurate listings, understand site usage, and protect the site from abuse.
Outbound links
TopDirs links to third-party directories, platforms, and websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies and data practices. We do not control what happens after you leave TopDirs.
Directory submissions
If you submit a directory for review, we may use the submitted details to evaluate the directory, contact you, and decide whether to add or update a public listing.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when needed to operate the site, respond to legal requests, prevent abuse, or transfer operations if the project changes ownership.
